Welcome to our 10th annual 12 Fills of Christmas! This year promises to be packed with new twists, takes, and mad science brewing.
Without further hesitation, let's kick things off with a very special cider made with a blend of fresh pressed honey crisp, ambrosia and pink lady apples from Taves Estate Cidery.
Dry, delicious, and infused with cinnamon to make it even more delightful and perfect for the holiday season ahead.

Once upon a time a Pilsner and a Salted Margarita fell in love. And this is what that love tasted like...
Okay, was that creepy? A little bit?! Fair. But how else are we supposed to describe a beer loaded with watermelon, freshly juiced limes, and kissed with just the perfect hint of saltiness?
Crisp, fruity, and seriously crushable. It's love at first sip.
Fill 4 = Salted Watermelon Margarita Pilsner - 5%
Okay, was that creepy? A little bit?! Fair. But how else are we supposed to describe a beer loaded with watermelon, freshly juiced limes, and kissed with just the perfect hint of saltiness?

This is our classic West Coast IPA that we just couldn't leave alone.
We aged it, re-fermented it with fresh 2025 harvest hops for over three months, then added white pepper because…obviously.
Loud, savoury, and finished with a spicy snap that keeps your palate guessing!

This one’s been quietly lurking in barrels since 2020, plotting something sour...
An intense, barrel-aged lambic back-sweetened with cherries, apples, pineapple, raspberries, and blackberries until it became a full-blown fruit punch situation.
Bright, funky, mouth-watering, and absolutely not here to behave! This one's on the naughty list.
Fill 6 = 2020 Fruit Punch Lambic – 6%
An intense, barrel-aged lambic back-sweetened with cherries, apples, pineapple, raspberries, and blackberries until it became a full-blown fruit punch situation.

This festive stout can be served hot (or not!), and comes blended with black currant juice and infused with nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and almond.
Rich, roasty, spiced, and wildly comforting in a “how is this actually perfect?” kind of way.
Fill 7 = Scandinavian Glogg Stout – 8%
Some like it hot...some like it cold...either way we know you'll like this one!

Sometimes at Storm we like to ask deep questions like: “What if an IPA tasted like a forest?”.
We answered this one by loading a juicy hazy IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops, and dry hopping it with real spruce tips because that's just how we roll.
Bright, resinous, citrusy, and unmistakably evergreen. A hike you can drink from the comfort of your couch!
Fill 8 = Spruce Tip Hazy IPA – 7%
We answered this one by loading a juicy hazy IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops, and dry hopping it with real spruce tips because that's just how we roll.

Our amber ale took a journey into a freshly emptied Burns Bog whiskey barrel and returned to us anew.
A collaboration with Odd Society Spirits, this barrel-aged ale picks up subtle oak, gentle sweetness, and a quiet whiskey warmth.
Smooth, balanced, and easy to love (just like our pals at Odd Society!).
Fill 9 = Odd Society’s Burns Bog Barrel Aged Ale – 6%
A collaboration with Odd Society Spirits, this barrel-aged ale picks up subtle oak, gentle sweetness, and a quiet whiskey warmth.
Smooth, balanced, and easy to love (just like our pals at Odd Society!).
Fill 9 = Odd Society’s Burns Bog Barrel Aged Ale – 6%

If you can’t decide if you want beer or dessert - decide on this!
We started with a malty ale and loaded it up with bananas, caramel, vanilla, and chocolate until it basically became Banoffee Pie in liquid form.
Rich, sweet, indulgent, and unapologetic. Dessert first. Beer second.

This one’s dry, crisp, lightly sweetened with fresh strawberries, and finished with our own in-house champagne tincture (subtle flex).
Bright, elegant, and delicious. Pinkies out? Totally optional.

Freeze distilled and sitting at a wild 14%, Gnarwhal brings deep sweet-and-sour intensity with big plum and raisin energy, plus a whisper of soy sauce funk.
Complex, powerful, and absolutely not here to be rushed. May we carry this energy into 2026!
